Isabel Perlinski
Isabel Perlinski is the CEO & Founder of Perlinski & Associates; an Orange County based Investment Bank, member FINRA. She is responsible for general corporate management, client and partnership development, corporate strategy, methodology, process assurance, compliance and risk management.
With over twenty years of comprehensive experience in management, finance, and information technologies, she has proven in-depth expertise in business development and operations, program & project management, functional business planning, and corporate and financial strategy.
Perlinski & Associates under Isabel’s direction guides and represents small to mid-size companies to originate, structure, and place the capital necessary to advance their strategic and financial objectives. Her firm also represents businesses being sold, divestiture of assets, as well as companies seeking acquisitions. She focuses on maximizing value, managing the complex M&A process and achieving shareholder objectives Isabel and has applied her skills widely in software companies, retail, banking & finance, as well as the medical device industry and manufacturing. She is highly effective in companies ranging from start-up through Fortune 50 in teams that span from executive committees to technical project task forces.
Isabel is also co-founder and CEO of Perlinski & Company. Founded in 1989, Perlinski & Company specialized in providing strategic consulting services to the financial industry, the company is currently focused on utilizing experienced senior executives to conduct a comprehensive forensic evaluation of a business and provide a clear plan for increasing shareholder value.
Isabel earned her B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University in 1983 where she graduated cum laude and was selected for membership in Alpha Chi National Scholarship Society for outstanding scholastic performance. She earned her M.B.A with high honors in 1993 from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Irvine. She was awarded outstanding student and was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business. She also has two years of civil engineering from Havana University, Cuba.
Isabel holds FINRA Series 7, Series 24, 28 and 63.
Isabel is involved in various community and industry activities and is founder and prior board member of the Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (We2), is an active member of the Orange County Venture Group, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Independent Broker Dealers. She also supports and participates in the Dean Advisory Council of UCI School of Humanities and Girls Inc of Orange County.
